Warping and sizing
The three direct sizing machines are able to produce over 1’900Ton/Yr. “Fil-a-Fil” method is utilized for sizing the filament yarn from the creel to the primary beam. Creels are equipped with 1276 positions, each position is able to recover bobbin 360mm width. The beaming machines are equipped with 18 stand positions for primary beams, giving the possibility to produce weaving beams up to 23’000 ends.
Specialities
We produce striped sleeve with parallel sized yarn. Furthermore, warping and sizing mix; Nylon - poly, poly-carbonic or nylon-steel used for technical fabrics. In addition, we have a consolidated experience in warping and sizing of bi-component yarns of polyester base like: PBT and PTT.

Bobbin-to-Bobbin Sizing
